Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 Pepper
  • some tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ jar white wine
  • ½ bunch of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, thinly slice the garlic and cut the peppers into small squares. Deseed the tomatoes and quarter or eighth them. Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and peppers, then add the tomato paste to the oil and spread it out a little. Continue heating and then deglaze with the white wine. Reduce until the desired consistency is reached. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and toss briefly. Finely chop the basil. Now add the tomatoes and basil and toss again. Serve with some freshly ground pepper and garnish with some basil, if desired.
