Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g pasta
- 200 ml cream (soy cream)
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- e.g. parsley, finely chopped, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
- white wine, dry
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions

Cook the pasta until al dente. Chop the onions and fry in a little oil until translucent, then deglaze with a generous splash of white wine and let it reduce slightly. Then add the soy cream and simmer until the sauce is pleasantly thick. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. Serve the sauce with the pasta and enjoy. Don’t skimp on the pepper and parsley in this recipe!
