Quick Pasta Pan
The perfect quick pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Iglo “Italian vegetable pan” frozen
- 250 g Fork spaghetti
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 300 g Cocktail tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, Maggi some parsley
- Rama Culiness or some butter for the pan
- Cook the forked spaghetti al dente.
- Place the frozen vegetables in a large pan or wok and heat. Fry for approx. 8 minutes until crisp.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half and add to the vegetables.
- Add the fork spaghetti to the vegetables, add the eggs and mix everything together.
- Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, Maggi & parsley.
- 6 …. I know; As is well known, opinions differ with Maggi. You either like Maggi or you don’t! My husband and I really like Maggi with this stir-fry! But maybe instead of Maggi you can also use Worshester sauce or a small dash of cream.
- This Varriante also tastes very good cold! Almost passes as a pasta salad 😉
