Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 300 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 100 g oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine curd cheese, oil, milk, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in the flour and baking powder, knead quickly, and let it rest. Either roll out on a baking sheet or roll out into round pizza bases. Top with your choice of toppings and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. This pizza dough freezes perfectly as follows: Pre-bake at 220°C for about 15 minutes, wrap in foil while chilled, and freeze. Keeps for about 3 months. Top with toppings once thawed and finish baking as usual.
