Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 tbsp, levelled coffee powder, instant
  • 3 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • cardamom
  • ½ cup cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious chocolate coffee drink to warm up on a cold winter day

Heat the milk and water. Dissolve the coffee powder and cocoa powder in it (froth slightly with a whisk if necessary). Season with sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom. Divide among four latte macchiato glasses. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and divide between the glasses. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
