Quick potato gratin in the microwave

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 50 g cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

if things need to go a little faster

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Place the potato slices in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour a little cream over them and sprinkle with some cheese. Repeat this process layer by layer, finishing with grated cheese. Place the potato gratin in the microwave and cover the dish with the lid if necessary. Cook the gratin at 600 watts for about 15-20 minutes.
