Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 200 g mushrooms
- 120 g chicken breast fillet(s) / turkey fillet
- 250 g asparagus, cooked
- 75 g peas
- 1 tsp flour
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp cream cheese, preferably low-fat
- paprika
- curry
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the meat, onions, and mushrooms, dust with flour, and deglaze with vegetable stock. Add the cooked asparagus and peas, slowly melt the cheese, season with spices, and you’re done! Serve with rice or potatoes, of course. Tip: If you use frozen vegetables, this recipe can be ready in no time.
