Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 75 g sugar
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 180 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For the filling, mix all the ingredients together. Cut small triangles from the puff pastry, place a tablespoon-sized dollop of filling in the top center, and roll up. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Ideal for last-minute visitors!
