Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 6 tbsp semolina
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- nutmeg
- n. B. herbs, fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 8 minutes
Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil, and let stand for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Using 2 teaspoons, form dumplings and let stand for about 7-8 minutes. Drain the gnocchi and briefly toss them in hot olive oil in a pan. Serve with tomato sauce or simply salad.
