Quick Radish Salad with Beer Ham and Eggs

- 1 Medium-Sized radish white
- 200 g Beer ham as sausage
- 2 Hard boiled eggs
- 2 tsp Salt
- Fresh black pepper
- 40 ml Rapeseed oil
- 1 Medium onion
- 3 tbsp Vinegar old masters
- 2 tbsp Creamy white balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Ground chilli or peperoncini
- Wash the radish and then grate. Salt. Finely chop the onion and add to the radish. Then the vinegars are added.
- After a good 10 minutes, add the oil, sprinkle a pinch of chilli over the top, pepper. Cut the beer ham into cubes and mix in. Dice the eggs in the same way and fold in carefully. Buttered rolls or pretzel rolls go well with this. A cold beer shouldn’t be missing.
