Ham Salad with Emmental >>

- 150 g Salmon ham
- 125 g Emmental
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 0,5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 0,5 tsp Mustard is best Dijon
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- If necessary, remove the fat from the salmon ham and cut into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings together with the tender greens. Dice the Emmental. Mix everything together.
- Mix vinegar with mustard and salt and pepper in a shaker (Tupperware) or stir well with a whisk. Add the oil and shake / stir to a creamy consistency. Now squeeze the garlic. Mix everything with the salad ingredients.
