Ham Salad with Emmental >>

The perfect ham salad with emmentaler >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Salmon ham
  • 125 g Emmental
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 0,5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard is best Dijon
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. If necessary, remove the fat from the salmon ham and cut into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings together with the tender greens. Dice the Emmental. Mix everything together.
  2. Mix vinegar with mustard and salt and pepper in a shaker (Tupperware) or stir well with a whisk. Add the oil and shake / stir to a creamy consistency. Now squeeze the garlic. Mix everything with the salad ingredients.
  3. Let it steep for at least 15 minutes in a cool place and then enjoy with farmhouse bread with butter. In addition, a cool blonde.
