Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 250 g raisins
- 250 g almonds, whole kernels
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Fold in the raisins and whole almonds with a wooden spoon. Pour the batter into a greased and lightly floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
