Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • ½ cantaloupe melon(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with melon, tomato and feta cheese

Cut the melon and tomatoes into chunks. Dice the feta cheese and slice the spring onions into small rings. Mix the dressing together with honey, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt. Pour everything into a bowl and mix. You can, of course, use other types of melon instead of cantaloupe.
