Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 1 slice(s) white bread
- 1 can tomatoes, peeled, approx. 480 g
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- some water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- some basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clean the vegetables and puree them with the bread, vinegar, oil, and water. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Serve with bread or raw vegetables such as bell peppers, spring onions, cucumber, or tomatoes.
