Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1 pkt. Mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 3 onions
  • 500 ml meat broth
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat oil in a large pan and fry the chopped onions and sausage. Pour in the meat broth. Add the peeled and diced potatoes. Add the frozen vegetables. If you have more time, you can also use fresh vegetables, although the cooking time will vary. Stir in the tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
