Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 8 sausages (Wiener)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • Water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Dice the onion and bell pepper and add to the hot oil, sautéing briefly. Slice the sausages and add them to the pan with the onions and bell peppers. Fry everything briefly, then add the tomato paste and water. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
