Quick semolina porridge from the microwave

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 6 tbsp semolina
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Pour the milk into a microwave-safe container and heat for 4 minutes at 800 watts. Stir in the semolina, sugar, and cinnamon until the mixture thickens. Divide among 4 bowls and serve warm or cold.
