Caramel banana with ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • 1 scoop of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise. Place the two halves on a microwave-safe plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey, and dust with cinnamon. Heat uncovered at 850 W for one minute. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve immediately with the ice cream scoop.
