Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 sachet of pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 6 pieces of speculatius
- some rum flavoring, or rum
- Cocoa powder
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 17 minutes
Cook the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly. Roughly break up the biscuits. Layer some of the pudding and speculaas in a dessert dish or two small baking dishes. Drizzle each biscuit layer with a little rum flavoring or rum. Top with the pudding and dust with cocoa and/or cinnamon. Chill for one hour.
