Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g spelt flour type 1050
- 100 g of grains, e.g. flaxseed, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, etc.
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch of caraway seeds
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix for 5 minutes. Pour everything into a greased loaf pan and score the dough diagonally several times. Bake the bread in an unheated oven at 180°C for about 70 minutes. This bread is very quick and easy to prepare, and it’s easy to vary by using different flours (wheat, spelt, etc.) or different grains.
