Quick strawberry cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, sponge cake
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla, no cooking
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pack of white gelatin powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 75 g sugar, more or less to taste

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Sprinkle the base with whipped cream and top with halved strawberries. Mix the pudding with the milk according to the package instructions. Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions. Beat the quark with the sugar until creamy, then stir in the pudding, vanilla powder, and gelatin one at a time. Spread the cream over the strawberries and chill. If desired, garnish with strawberries.
