Ingredients
for the turkey schnitzel
- 3 Turkey schnitzel
- 2 Pck. Maggi onion soup
- 250 ml Cream
- 250 ml Milk
cabbage
- 1 Cabbage
- 4 Discs Bacon
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Diced onion

- 300 g Spaetzle noodles
Instructions
- Place turkey schnitzel in a baking dish. Mix the cream, milk and onion soup powder well and pour over. Cook in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 60 minutes.
- Cut the pointed cabbage into strips as thick as a thumb, wash. Leave out the bacon slices in a large saucepan. Steam the onion cubes until translucent. Add pointed cabbage and mix it up several times. Pour in the vegetable stock and then simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
- Cook spaetzle noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
