Ingredients

  • 3 Turkey schnitzel
  • 2 Pck. Maggi onion soup
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 250 ml Milk

cabbage

  • 1 Cabbage
  • 4 Discs Bacon
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Diced onion

also

  • 300 g Spaetzle noodles

Instructions
 

  • Place turkey schnitzel in a baking dish. Mix the cream, milk and onion soup powder well and pour over. Cook in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 60 minutes.
  • Cut the pointed cabbage into strips as thick as a thumb, wash. Leave out the bacon slices in a large saucepan. Steam the onion cubes until translucent. Add pointed cabbage and mix it up several times. Pour in the vegetable stock and then simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Cook spaetzle noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  • We still had leftover red rice from the day before
