Quick tarte flambée

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced into half rings
  • 1 cup sour cream, 24% fat
  • 1 cup double cream
  • Salt or Fondor and pepper
  • 100 g bacon cubes
  • Chive rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

thin, crispy dough without yeast

Prepare the dough and roll it out very thinly. Mix the sour cream and double cream, season, and spread it on the dough. Sauté the onions with a little water in the microwave for 1 minute at 600 watts (the high temperatures during baking can easily cause the onions to burn—this trick prevents this). Spread the dough and bacon over the topping. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (top/bottom heat) on the bottom rack for 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives. Tip: If you want to save calories, replace the double cream with 20% quark. Serves 2-3, depending on your appetite.
