Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml grape juice, red (winemaker)
  • 125 ml natural soy drink
  • 250 ml red wine, dry, 14%
  • 125 ml eggnog
  • 100 g cherry(s), frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 10 minutes

gluten-free, cow’s milk-free

Approx. 800 ml. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a one-liter container. Freeze overnight. Without alcohol, it will freeze solid and become too solid. My own recipe.
