Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g cream cheese, lactose-free
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese, lactose-free
- 3 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 1 cup of espresso, strong, cold or, for example, cocoa
- n. B. Baking cocoa for dusting
Instructions

Prepare the espresso or cocoa and let it cool. I use sticks and dissolve them in lukewarm water, so I can use the espresso straight away. Mix together the cream cheese, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Place six ladyfingers in a small baking dish and drizzle with espresso. Spread half of the cream cheese and quark mixture on top and repeat. The tiramisu can be served immediately or refrigerated until ready to serve. Dust with a little cocoa powder before serving, if desired. Tip: It tastes even better if the tiramisu has been refrigerated overnight.
