Quick toast with chicken breast and peppers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 6 slice(s) chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice(s) Edam cheese or other cheese
  • ¼ bell pepper(s), red
  • Remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

quesadilla style

Toast the slices of bread and spread with remoulade. Top with the remaining ingredients. Stack the two slices on top of each other and cut into two triangles. Be sure to eat the toast while still warm!
