Egg salad with chives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 50 g cream
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, preferably Melfor
  • 1 tbsp salad herbs
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Boil the eggs hard. Wash and finely chop the chives. Whisk together the Miracle Whip, cream, mustard, Melfor vinegar, salad greens, and (if desired) pepper and salt until the dressing is creamy. Chop the eggs. Place everything in a bowl and mix gently to avoid mashing the eggs.
