Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of rice
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jar tomato peppers
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some olive oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Vegetarian
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion, and fry it in a little olive oil. Then add the diced tomatoes and drained tomato and peppers. Crush the garlic and add it along with the herbs and spices. Finally, mix the finely diced mozzarella and rice with the sauce.
