Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g tomatoes, dried
- 150 g classic cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream, approx. 150 – 200 g
- e.g. basil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crush the garlic clove. Roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves (the amount of basil can be adjusted to taste; I use about a handful). Place all ingredients in a bowl, blend thoroughly, and the dip is ready.
