Quick tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • oil
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly sauté the onions in oil until translucent. Then add the passata. Stir in the crushed garlic clove. Simmer briefly and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. It’s a great side dish with pasta, but it also tastes delicious with schnitzel.
