Quick tortellini with onion and cocktail tomato sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g tortellini with cheese filling, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • 10 tbsp Cremefine
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules or fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • possibly basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onion. Halve or quarter the tomatoes, depending on their size. Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the tomatoes and sauté. Add the Cremefine and bring to a boil briefly. Season to taste with nutmeg, pepper, and garlic granules. If you prefer fresh garlic, you can of course add that too. Then you can even sauté it with the onions. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. If desired, add a few finely chopped basil leaves. In the meantime, prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately. A delicious dish when you’re in a hurry.
