Fried eggs in a spaghetti nest on creamed spinach à la Didi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g creamed spinach
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with the butter. Meanwhile, thaw the creamed spinach and heat it with the nutmeg. Fry the fried eggs. Arrange the creamed spinach on plates, forming a mirror image of the spaghetti, then arrange it on top of the spinach. Top each with a fried egg and serve.
