Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots
  • 40 g leek
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp Kritharaki (rice shaped noodles)
  • 3 tsp creamed horseradish
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Peel the carrots and garlic and cut into bite-sized pieces, add them to the broth, and simmer. After 10 minutes, add the sliced ​​leek, noodles, and creamed horseradish, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and other spices, if desired, and serve.
