Quick tuna, corn, and Chinese cabbage salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Ready in 5 minutes

Drain the tuna and corn, let it drain, and mix with the sour cream. Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, wash it, and fold it in; the cabbage can still be a little wet. Sprinkle in chopped herbs to taste. Mix and season with salt and pepper. This “base” can be expanded as desired (carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, etc.). It goes perfectly with pasta with tomato sauce.
