Quick vegan chai latte

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp gingerbread spice
  • 2 tea bags, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with almond milk and black tea

Combine the first 6 ingredients, except for the black tea, in a blender and bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags, and let it steep for about 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and divide the chai latte between 2 mugs.
