Quick Vegetable Crab Spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 500 g crab
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • chili powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, fry the frozen vegetables in oil in a wide pan or wok. Add the prawns and season with a little soy sauce. Add the coconut milk and let it reduce slightly. Then season with salt, curry powder, and chili powder. Drain the spaghetti and immediately add it to the sauce in the pan. Mix well and serve. Extremely quick to make and very tasty.
