Quick vegetable soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 ml milk
  • Oil (walnut oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. sausages (Mettenden)
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fast and tasty

Peel and dice the vegetables, and sauté them in walnut oil. Then add the vegetable stock and cook until the vegetables are soft. Now add the mettenden sausages. Add the milk and season to taste. Heat again and add the parsley. If you like, you can also purée the soup.
