Quick walnut bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 ml malt beer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

very easy

Roughly chop the walnuts. Combine all the dry ingredients, then stir in the malt beer. Pour the batter into a small loaf pan and smooth it out. Bake the bread at 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 40 minutes.
