Ingredients
- 1 Glass White beans
- 1 Glass Chicken broth with chicken
- 1 Glass Ham cubes
- 1 Glass Dried soup greens
- 1 kl. Onion
- 1 kl. Curry herb
- 1 kl. Marjoram, thyme
- 1 kl. Cayenne pepper
- Lemon Pepper Mill
Instructions
- It also works without fresh soup greens and I only recently discovered the curry herb. It smells like curry (and maggie) by the way, hence the name. The aroma is reminiscent of sage. It also has various healing properties.
- Sauté the finely chopped onion with the bacon in butter.
- Add a little tomato paste, toast briefly and sprinkle with a little flour.
- Then deglaze with the chicken stock, bring to the boil, add the spices and, if the temperature is lower, the beans.
- Let simmer a little longer, season to taste again (I added a little more water) and that's it! Remove the curry herb beforehand.
