Quick White Bean Soup La Ari

  • 1 Glass White beans
  • 1 Glass Chicken broth with chicken
  • 1 Glass Ham cubes
  • 1 Glass Dried soup greens
  • 1 kl. Onion
  • 1 kl. Curry herb
  • 1 kl. Marjoram, thyme
  • 1 kl. Cayenne pepper
  • Lemon Pepper Mill
  1. It also works without fresh soup greens and I only recently discovered the curry herb. It smells like curry (and maggie) by the way, hence the name. The aroma is reminiscent of sage. It also has various healing properties.
  2. Sauté the finely chopped onion with the bacon in butter.
  3. Add a little tomato paste, toast briefly and sprinkle with a little flour.
  4. Then deglaze with the chicken stock, bring to the boil, add the spices and, if the temperature is lower, the beans.
  5. Let simmer a little longer, season to taste again (I added a little more water) and that’s it! Remove the curry herb beforehand.
