Ingredients

  • 1 can Kidney Beans Large Can
  • 1 can White beans large can
  • 2 Dice the onions
  • 2 Cabanossi sausages
  • 2 Dice the cloves of garlic
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder or a few strips of a pepperoni, to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • Parsley for decoration
  • Sour cream
  • Some oil for frying

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the onions and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Clean the carrot and cut into thin slices. Divide the cabanossi lengthways, then cut into slices. Then add the carrots and garlic to the pan, and also fry the sausage.
  • Approx. Let fry for 3 minutes, then deglaze with the stock. Add both cans of beans to the saucepan one after the other, simmer for about 8 minutes.
  • Then add the chili powder, add the tomato paste, stir, wait a little, then add the paprika powder. Possibly add salt. To decorate, sprinkle some parsley on the sides and a dollop of sour cream in the middle. Fresh bread tastes good with it, or if you want to boil a few pasta.
