Ingredients
- 1 bag White beans

- 8 medium size Diced carrots
- 6 medium sized Potatoes diced floury
- 4 liter Vegetable broth *

- 3 size Roughly chopped onions
- 3 size Mild coconut fat
Instructions
- Let the white beans soak in water overnight.

- Then add the white beans to the vegetable broth, which are washed again. Then add the carrot and potato cubes and everything should now cook until the white beans are soft.
- Fry the chopped onions in the coconut oil and add to the white beans, add the thyme and cook everything together.
- This soup is easy to pre-cook, because if it continues for a few hours it tastes a lot better.
