Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour (freshly ground wholemeal flour)
- 3 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 800 ml water
- 1 cube of yeast
- linseed
- sesame
- Sunflower seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
(Whole grain)
Mix all ingredients until the dough is thick and sticky. Pour into a large bread pan greased with olive oil and place in a cold oven. Do not let it rise! Bake for 1.5 hours at approximately 200°C (220°C fan oven). The vinegar helps the bread keep well!
