Gourmet fish with mushroom crust

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets (wild salmon fillet, frozen)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 4 m.-large mushrooms
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 20 g cheese (Gouda, 1 slice)
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to approximately 180°C (fan oven). Place the thawed fish in a baking dish. Stir the sour cream in a bowl until smooth. Finely dice the mushrooms and onion and fold into the sour cream along with the oatmeal. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Spread this mixture over the fish. Tear the cheese into small pieces and spread it on top. Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
