Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 quinces
- 1 onion(s)
- 7 carrots
- some butter
- 3 dl vegetable broth
- 2 dl cream or whipped cream
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and finely chop the quinces and carrots. Finely chop the onion. Sauté everything together in butter, then add the vegetable stock and cook until soft. Then puree everything, add the cream, and season with salt and pepper.
