Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g quinoa
- salt and pepper
- 15 g oat flakes, fine
- e.g. basil and parsley
- 1 tsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the quinoa in salted water according to the package instructions. Combine the quinoa with the oats and let cool for about 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the quinoa mixture with tomato paste, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper and form into 8 balls. Place the quinoa balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes.
