Raclette – Brussels sprouts with fried onions

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g Brussels sprouts, frozen, thawed
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 40 g butter
  • 50 g onion(s) (fried onions)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 400 g cheese (raclette cheese) in slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the Brussels sprouts lengthwise. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and chop. Melt the butter and mix with the Brussels sprouts, parsley, and onions. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Divide the Brussels sprout mixture among the pans, top with cheese, and bake in the hot raclette grill for 8-10 minutes.
