Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Paprika powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g feta cheese
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried

Bake the peppers in the oven at 225°C for approximately 15-20 minutes, then cover and let cool for approximately 10 minutes. Halve the peppers, leaving the stems on. Peel two red pepper halves and puree them with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 2 tablespoons of the remaining vegetable juices. Cut or crumble the feta into small pieces, mix with the oregano and spring onion, and stuff the pepper halves. Pour the paprika sauce over the top and drizzle with any remaining olive oil. Heat the pepper halves in a baking dish in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
