Raclette potatoes from the grill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes, floury
  • 150 g mountain cheese, grated
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp spice mix (raclette spice)
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with herb tomatoes delicious side dish at the BBQ

Halve the cooked potatoes and scoop out the insides, leaving a 1 cm border. (You can use the insides for the herb tomatoes, for example.) Mix all the other ingredients well and let them sit for a moment. Then fill the potato halves with the mixture. Grill on the grill at medium heat for about 30 minutes.
