Radish Carpaccio

The perfect radish carpaccio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Radish
  • Fresh cress
  • 1,5 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mandarin juice
  • 0,5 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Lemon pepper
  1. Cut the washed, cleaned radishes into thin slices and place on a plate.
  2. Whisk the yogurt with mustard, orange juice and honey and season with a little salt and lemon pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the radishes and sprinkle with the cress.
