Radish Carpaccio

- 6 Radish
- Fresh cress
- 1,5 tablespoon Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mandarin juice
- 0,5 teaspoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- Lemon pepper
- Cut the washed, cleaned radishes into thin slices and place on a plate.
- Whisk the yogurt with mustard, orange juice and honey and season with a little salt and lemon pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the radishes and sprinkle with the cress.
