Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Radish leaves from 10 radishes
- 40 g olive oil, approx.
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender until puree and season to taste. Cover with a layer of oil and store in a screw-top jar until ready to serve. Delicious with pasta, for example.
